Terms & Conditions of Sale  These Terms and Conditions of Sale contain liability information. 1.Conversations on the Vineyard is not responsible for any claims of damages or injury by and/or to participant. 2.Participant agrees that adverse living conditions caused by weather, nature or, other acts beyond Conversations on the Vineyard's control are not Conversations on the Vineyard's responsibility. 3.Participant is expected to attend all seminar sessions. The success of the seminars requires the attendance of participants. 4.While in attendance at Conversations on the Vineyard, participant agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Conversations on the Vineyard's reasonable rules and practices. 5.Participant agrees to fully cooperate with the seminar coordinator in maintenance of the schedule, reduction of conflict or other problem solving matters as may be required by group living in each house of residence. 6.Participant agrees to inform the seminar coordinator of any broken, damaged or malfunctioning furniture, equipment or other material at his/her house of residence. 7.Participant agrees to leave his/her room and the common premises in the condition in which they were received. 8.Participant agrees to abide by any additional rules presented by the seminar coordinator. Participant agrees not to use candles of any kind, except as explicitly authorized by coordinator at check-in. Smoking is not permitted in any Conversations on the Vineyard house of residence or on its grounds. 9.Participant agrees not to host any children or guests in his/her house of residence except for participants registered for that current week. Participant agrees that no parties disruptive to neighbors will be held on the premises. No animals, birds or pets of any kind shall be kept in or upon any Conversations on the Vineyard house of residence or its grounds. 10.Conversations on the Vineyard reserves the right to terminate this agreement and participation in the seminars, without the rendering of a refund or other compensation, for any violation of this Registration Form or the Terms and Conditions of Sale. 11.Seminars and accommodations are subject to change at the discretion of Conversations on the Vineyard. 12.In the event that Conversations on the Vineyard cancels a seminar, Conversations on the Vineyard retains full discretion to either return the participant's money or to allow the participant to have first priority in choosing another seminar within the next two years.
